The burner is lit as soon as the bar is pressed. The flame can be regulated in size and is extinguished by release of the bar. Additionally the bar of the powerjet is equipped with a locking device. This locking device comprises both short- and longterm ranges.

The powerjet is a cost effective, mobile burner suitable for gas cartridges with 7/16“ x 28 UNEF thread, e.g. CG 1750 from Camping Gaz. (Camping Gaz / Coleman Part No.: # 39 256) This product line may be ideally suited for laboratories without a central gas supply.
